In Case of an Emergency (ICE)

The Club has a spreadsheet that we use to create an ICE form for each Meet.  It contains Members details,  their ICE contacts and any Allergies our members have which maybe useful to the Emergency Services in the event.  This data will be held by the Meet Secretary and will only be used for this purpose. 

A form will be created for each Meet from the RSVP's on the website and in conjunction with the Meet Host and will be taken to the meet in Paper and Electronic versions.  A blank version can be found here
