About the Event
A meet for both climbers and walkers alike. Accommodation at the Wolverhampton Mountaineering Club hut, situated above Llanberis and a 15 minute walk from Dinorwig slate quarry that features over 300 routes - a mix of trad and sport. A short drive away is the Llanberis Pass with its big mountain trad routes. Its also a great base for walkers with more than one of the Welsh 3000's attainable straight from the hut.
There's a pub nearby for refreshments and amenities at the hut include full cooking facilities, hot showers, heating, a wood stove and a mix of 2 and 3 storey bunks. Parking is limited to around 7 or so cars, so please consider car sharing.
