About the Event
A mountain walk taking in the summits of Rhinog Fawr and Fach. Around 10 miles and 900 mtrs of ascent. A shorter route is available avoiding either of the peaks.
This area is generally less well trodden. The paths can be rough and rocky.
A number of options are available for this Event. Bryn Hafod is booked for Club Members over the weekend and can be used as a base (approx 45 mins drive from the start). There is a small campsite near to the start at Cae Gwyn, or drive on the day.
